Conditional Movement Control Order: Standard Operating Procedures for Kuala Lumpur, Sabah, Selangor (except for Sabak Bernam, Hulu Selangor & Kuala Selangor), Kedah (Kulim), Penang (Mukim 12: Southwest & Mukim 13: North East), Perak (Kinta District, Mukim Teja, Kampar & Mukim Changkat Jong, Hilir Perak), Negeri Sembilan (Seremban & Port Dickson), Kelantan (Kota Bharu, Machang, Tanah Merah & Pasir Mas), Johor (Johor Bahru, Kota Tinggi, Batu Pahat & Kulai) from 7 to 20 December 2020 (As of 7 December 2020).

Latest updates:
  • Travelling between Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) and Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO) areas permitted EXCEPT for Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) areas, which requires police approval.
  • Private vehicle: Passengers according to capacity of vehicle.
  • Taxi/e-hailing: Passengers according to capacity of vehicle.
  • Dine-in at restaurants and eateries: No more limitations per table. However still require social distancing of 1 metre between customers.
  • Daily markets, Wholesale markets, Farmers’ markets, Night markets, late night bazaars and other similar markets are allowed to operate in accordance to their licence/permit until 12am.
  • All kindergartens, nurseries and childcare centers, are allowed to operate with approval from the relevant Ministry/Agency.
  • In-person meetings for business/work purposes held in offices, hotels and other institutions are allowed provided compliance with social distancing and the mandatory requirement of wearing face masks are adhered to. Meeting rooms are allowed to be used up to 50% capacity only.
