The Industrial Relations (Amendment) Bill 2019 was gazetted on 20 February 2020. To usher in the New Year, certain provisions under the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2020 (the "Amending Act") have now come into force since 1 January 2021, effectively amending the Industrial Relations Act 1967 ("IRA").

The key features of the amendments in our infographic are categorised into provisions that are now in force (Amendment No 1 to 14) and other provisions that have not yet come into force (Amendment No 15 to 18).
