Majlis Keselamatan Negara Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) implemented throughout Sarawak, Kelantan, Pulau Pinang, Selangor, WP Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Negeri Sembilan (Seremban) and Kedah (Kuala Muda and Kulim) from 19 March until 31 March 2021.

The infographic highlights the SOP Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Bersyarat (PKPB) Majlis Keselamatan Negara (MKN) as issued and updated by the National Security Council on 19 March 2021.

Latest amendments:
  • The CMCO period for Kelantan, Pulau Pinang, Selangor, WP Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Negeri Sembilan (Seremban) and Kedah (Kuala Muda and Kulim) is extended until 31 March 2021 and 29 March 2021 for Sarawak.
  • Kedah, Negeri Sembilan and Perak are now under the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO).
  • For shopping complexes/supermarkets/department stores, customers only need to perform a body temperature scan once at the entrance of the complex and not at every business premise under one complex.
  • Effective 1 April 2021, all sporting events with live audiences in stadiums are allowed under strict SOP - up to 10 percent attendance capacity or 2,000 people (whichever is lower) inclusive of physical distancing requirements.
  • Local and controlled group activities such as aerobics, zumba, taichi, and so on are allowed subject to the Sports and Recreational Sector SOPs. Participation is LIMITED to 50% capacity or not exceeding 250 people (whichever is lower).
