Majlis Keselamatan Negara Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) implemented throughout Sarawak, Kelantan, Pulau Pinang, Selangor, WP Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Negeri Sembilan (Seremban) and Kedah (Kuala Muda) from 1 April until 14 April 2021 and 30 March until 12 April 2021 for Sarawak.

The infographic highlights the SOP Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Bersyarat (PKPB) Majlis Keselamatan Negara as issued and updated by the National Security Council on 1 April 2021.

Latest amendments:
  • The CMCO period is further extended from 1 April until 14 April 2021 for Kelantan, Pulau Pinang, Selangor, WP Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Negeri Sembilan (Seremban) and Kedah (Kuala Muda) and 30 March until 12 April 2021 for Sarawak.
  • Ramadhan bazaars are allowed to operate from 3PM until 8PM, and Aidilfitri bazaars from 10AM until 12AM.
  • All sporting events with live audiences in stadiums are allowed under strict SOP - up to 10 percent attendance capacity or 2,000 people (whichever is lower) inclusive of physical distancing requirements.
  • Tournaments/Competitions with the attendance of live audiences/supporters exceeding the permitted capacity and without supervisory control are not allowed.
  • Mass activities that make social distancing difficult are also not allowed.
