What we're looking for:

SENIOR CORPORATE REAL ESTATE SECRETARY


Requirements:
 
  • Preferably with at least 6 years’ experience in handling corporate real estate transactions, sub-sale transactions, retail and corporate loans, lease and tenancy agreements, housing development projects and possess sound knowledge of general conveyancing matters;
  • Familiar/ experienced with land offices portals, stamp office portals, banks portals and able to liaise with clients and government authorities e.g. land office, stamp office, Inland Revenue Board, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
  • Computer literate. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel/ Power Point);
  • Pleasant disposition with good communication skills and a team player;
  • Must have good working attitude, committed, hardworking, confident and be able to handle multi-tasks;
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
